All orders will have applicable insurance, handling, taxes and insurance included in the shipping cost. Our goal is to ship all orders same day when received by 11 AM PST; otherwise, orders will be shipped on the next business day.  Unless special shipping instructions are given, all orders will ship UPS Ground where available.  While AD2 reserves the right to designate the shipping carrier, we will always do our best to work with custom shipping instructions.

 




Returns:

All products returned for credit must be received within 60 days of the date of the original invoice. All items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in its original packaging in new, unused condition. Prior approval must be received from Advanced Dental Designs to restock any merchandise.

 




Warranty:

Advanced Dental Designs warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of one year from the date of invoice. The equipment must be returned in its entirety for it to be considered for repair. Advanced Dental Designs reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue credit for all items found to be defective during the warranty period.
